It depends on the size, the materials and whether plumbing and electrics are replaced. A complete bathroom of around 4–5 m² usually costs between €4,500 and €8,000 with mid-to-high quality materials. We give you a free, fixed-price quote after visiting the property: no surprises at the end.
A complete bathroom takes 2 to 3 weeks. A kitchen, 3 to 4 weeks depending on the units. Re-tiling the floors of a whole apartment, 1 to 2 weeks. Dates are agreed in writing before we start.
Yes, this is very common. Many of our clients are foreign owners with a second home in Nerja or the Axarquía. We collect the keys, coordinate the works and send you photos and videos of the progress, communicating in English or Spanish.
